Ingredients:  
5 checken breasts
1 envelope onion soup mix
1-1/4 cup boiling water
salt and pepper to taste
1-1/3 cup rice (uncooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick melted butter(more if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in baking dish, except chicken breasts, butter, salt and pepper. Brush chicken with melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 375 for 55 minutes.
