In one bowl combine:
2 cans black beans - drained and rinsed well
2 cans drained corn
2 or 3 roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 avocado, chopped
1/2 cup minced green onions
In a separate bowl combine:
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup oil
Juice of 1 lime
1 Tbsp. Salt
1/2 Tbsp. Pepper
1/2 Tbsp. cumin
2 or 3 Chipolte peppers in Adobo sauce -chop fine
2 - 4 Tbsp. Adobo sauce

Mix contents of two bowls, toss and chill.
