1 large egg
7 1/2 oz. canned salmon
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp hard margarine
4 hamburger buns, split and buttered

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg with fork in small bowl until blended. Remove skin and round bones from salmon. Mix salmon and next 4 ingredients into egg.

Add bread crumbs and water. Stir well. Let stand 5 minutes so crumbs can soak. Shape into 4 patties. Melt margarine in frying pan. Add patties. Brown both sides. Serve on Buns
