1 pkg tortellini
3 tbsp olive oil
1 bag spinach, washed and stems removed
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 (8 oz) can sliced mushrooms
1 jar Hormel real bacon bits

Dressing:
1 cup olive oil
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortelline according to directions. Drizzle olive oil over cooked pasta and toss while hot. Cool and mix with spinach, eggs, mushrooms, and bacon bits. Pour dressing over salad and toss when ready to serve.
