1 1/2 cubes of butter 1 c. Brown Sugar 1/4 c. Sugar 1 Egg 1 tsp. Vanilla 2 c. Flour 1/2 c. Quick Oats 1 tsp. Soda 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 T. Water 1 c. Chocolate Chips 1/2 c. Coconut
Cream butter and sugars, add egg and vanilla. Mix together flour, quick oats, soda, and salt. Mix dry mixture into creamed mixture. Then add water, chocolate chips, and coconut. Bake 8 - 10 minutes at 375º (under cook). Cool for 2 minutes on cookie sheet, remove and finish cooling on wire rack.
