1 1/2 cubes of butter
1 c. Brown Sugar
1/4 c. Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Quick Oats
1 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 T. Water
1 c. Chocolate Chips
1/2 c. Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars, add egg and vanilla. Mix together flour, quick oats, soda, and salt. Mix dry mixture into creamed mixture. Then add water, chocolate chips, and coconut. Bake 8 - 10 minutes at 375 (under cook). Cool for 2 minutes on cookie sheet, remove and finish cooling on wire rack.
