1 3/4 c all-purpose flour
2/3 c sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
1/3 c butter
2 T milk
2 eggs
1/4 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
I large mixing bowl, combine 1 c. of the flour, the sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add mashed bananas, butter and milk. Beat with an electric mixer on low until blended, then on high for 2 minutes. Add eggs and remaining flour. Stir in nuts.

Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes or when a toothpick is inserted, it comes out clean.
