Ingredients:

1 small red or white onion
3 jalapeņo peppers
1 lime
cilantro

Guacamole
4 avocados

garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Pico de Gallo
1. Dice the tomatoes, onion and jalapeņo peppers (finely dice the peppers) and stir to combine in a bowl.

2. Wash and dry the cilantro. Chop and add to the mixture. (I used a small bunch, which yielded about 3/4 c.)

3. Cut the lime in half and squeeze one half over the mixture and stir.

4. Add salt to taste.

Guacamole
1. Halve the avocados lengthwise and discard the pit. Scoop out the meat into a bowl.

2. Using a fork, mash up the avocados, leaving it a bit chunky.

3. Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt to taste and stir to combine.

4. Add a generous helping of the Pico de Gallo; the guacamole should be chunky. Stir gently to combine.

5. Squeeze the other half of the lime over the top and fold together until it is all mixed. You may want to add more Pico if the guacamole isn't chunky enough for you.
