3 T butter or margarine
1 T brown sugar
1/2 t. salt
dash pepper
2 large mild onions, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
2 T finely snipped parsley
1/4 t. dried Oregano crushed

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, melt butter or margarine; add brown sugar, salt and pepper. Place onion slices in a single layer in butter mixture. Cover and cook slowly for 10 minutes on one side. Turn slices; sprinkle with celery, parsley and oregano. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes or more. Makes 6 servings.
