2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg Ranch dry mix dressing (original flavor)
1 Tbsp onion, grated
3 Tbsp jalapeņo peppers, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Allow to chill in refrigerator for approximately two hours. Form into ball......roll cheese ball in chopped pecans. Serve with wheat crackers. I prefer the Ritz wheats.
