2 Tblsp olive oil
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 of a bell pepper (optional) , chopped
S & P
8 oz fresh mushrooms
3 skinless, boneless chicken breast, 1/2 slices
1 cup white wine
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tblsp BBQ sauce
1 tsp Worcester sauce
2 Tblsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Tabasco
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions until soft, add bell pepper, S & P, and mushrooms, cook 6 min till mushrooms give off liquid. Drain (keep 1/2 cup broth). Saute chicken in 1 Tblsp olive oil until golden. Remove. Add wine, broth & vegetable liquid to pan and blend; then add BBQ, Worcester, & Tabasco sauce. Whisk. Cook down to 1 1/4 cup. Remove from heat and whisk in sour cream. Add chicken & mushrooms, toss to coat.
