Frozen fruit or mix of frozen and fresh 1 1/2cup

Walnut fist full
Honey as needed
Soy milk
(if you want you can add 4 or 5 soaked almonds)

Directions:
Use blender to blend all. You can get creative with this, instead of soy milk add yogurt or cranberry juice or add some spinach.
