1 pound ground beef
cup chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 32oz bag of frozen tater tots
1 8oz pkg. shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion in skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
Add soups and heat through
Pour into a 9x 13 baking dish. Top with tater tots arranged in rows.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown.
Optional top with shredded cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking.
