1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
One can of black beans, drained
One can of corn, drained
1 jar salsa
1 8oz pkg cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add chicken, black beans, corn and salsa to a crock pot. Cook on high for 6 hours (or low for 8).
About 15 minutes before serving, add the cream cheese. Let it melt and stir, then serve over rice or tortilla chips.
