1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 large pkg. lasagna noodles
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
2 lbs. cottage cheese, well drained
12 oz. thinly sliced Provolone cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Add salt and pepper; drain. Grease 13x9 pan and line with uncooked noodles. Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce over noodles, add layer of ground beef, layer of cottage cheese and layer of Provolone cheese. Continue layering until pan is full. End with sauce. Cover tightly. Bake at 300 for 1-1/2 hours. Top with Parmesan cheese while hot.
