Mom's Carrot Cream Cheese Bars Recipe

For the bars-
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 large jars carrot baby food
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

For the frosting-
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 small (3oz) package cream cheese

Mix all ingredients for the bars together. Pour onto large cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cool before frosting.

For the frosting- mix together the cream cheese, vanilla and butter until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and mix until combined.

Store bars in the refrigerator.
