4 slices bread
16 oz. sausage, bacon or ham
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 t. salt
1/2 t. dry mustard
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the night before. In 9x13 baking dish, tear bread into pieces. Brown meat and spoon onto bread. Layer with cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard and pepper. Pour over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350.
