10-12 plum tomatoes
1 sweet onion, chopped
2 jalapeņos, seeded and minced
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 lime
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Seed and chop tomatoes. Sprinkle salt over tomatoes to taste and stir. Add onion, jalapeņos, and chopped cilantro. Squeeze fresh lime over everything and combine. Refrigerate 1 hour to let the flavors combine. You may add different peppers according to how hot you like it!

A quick guacamole: mash up a couple avocados, squeeze a lime over top (to slow browning), add in a few spoons of the pico and mix. Serve fresh!
