1/2 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup of butter
1 Tablespoon of flour
1 pound of ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons of minced parsley
1 cup ripe olives, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Meat sauce served over rice or noodles.
1- Saute onion and garlic in butter until the onions are soft. Add the meat and cook until brown and it crumbles.
2- Blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Add the mushrooms and the liquid from the can plus 1/2 cup of water or sherry wine.
3- Add the soup directly from the can. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Blend in sour cream. Add olives and parsley. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
