2 tablespoons of flour
1/8 teaspoon pepper (white or black)
1 cup flaked salmon
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of milk
3 eggs, separated

Directions:
Directions:
White Sauce:
1- Melt butter and stir in the flour, salt, and pepper, which have been mixed together. Add the milk slowly and cook until thicken. Remove from heat. Cool.
2- When mixture is very cool, add salmon and pour over beaten egg yolks, mix well.
3- Fold in the beaten egg whites.
4- Pour into greased casserole pan, set into a larger pan which will hold warm water up the sides of the casserole pan for 1 1/2 inches. Add warm water to outer container. (Water bath)
5- Bake in a preheated oven, 325 F for 35 to 40 minutes.
