1 1/4 c. water
1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 c. chicken broth
1 T. snipped fresh basil (1/2 t. dry)
1 t. snipped fresh oregano (1/4 t. dry)
1/8 t. pepper
2 c. frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrots
1 1/4 c. cheese tortellini
1 T. fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine water, tomatoes, broth, basil, oregano & pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in veggies & tortellini. Return to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5-6 minutes until tortellini are tender. Stir in parsley.
