1 small box instant mashed potatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 Tblsp. chopped green onion
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Mix
together sour cream, mustard, salt and sugar. Stir into
hot potatoes. Add onion and stir to blend. Sprinkle with
paprika and serve warm.
