1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 t. baking powder
3/4 t. salt
1 well-beaten egg
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. blueberries
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl; make well in center. Combine egg, milk and butter. Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir quickly just until dry ingredients are moistened. Toss blueberries with the remaining 2 T. sugar. Gently stir into batter. Fill greased muffing pans 2/3 full. Bake in 400 about 25 minutes. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar while still hot.
