1 1/2 c. Evaporated Skim Milk (12oz can)
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp dried minced garlic
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 c. cooked mini lasagna noodles
1 c. diced ham
2 c. fresh asparagus
3/4 c. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8" X 8" baking dish. In a covered jar combine evaporated mink, and flour. Shake well to blend. Pour mixture into a medium saucepan. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Mix well to combine. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens, stirring often. Layer half of noodles into prepared baking dish. Spoon half of white sauce over noodles. Sprinkle half of ham and asparagus over sauce. Top with half of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake for 30 minutes.
