This makes 1 gallon: (mix all and refrigerate)
5 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 whole cucumber, chopped
1 green pepper chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped (or more)
½ C onion chopped (I used green but you don’t have to)
¼ Cup Olive oil
Juice from 2 fresh limes
1 T wine vinegar
4 T Worchester sauce
2 t. salt
1 t. pepper
Garlic – 6 cloves or minced in jar
Tabasco to taste

Cut up everything and combine. Add tomato Juice or V8 (I use spicey V8) to make 1 gallon.
