1 medium onion sliced
3 lbs chicken cut up
2 cans tomato PASTE (not sauce)
1 4 oz can drained sliced mushrooms
1 t salt
1 bay leaf
½ t pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 t oregano
½ t basil
½ t celery seed
½ cup dry white wine

Directions:

Place onion on bottom, add chicken. Mix rest, pour over.
Cook on low 8 hours,
