6 medium potatoes
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
C butter
1 C Sour cream
1/3 chopped onion
1 t Salt
t pepper
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in the skins (400 degrees 1 hour) Cut up into fairly small pieces. In a saucepan over low heat melt the butter, then add the cheese, stir it, and add the rest. Mix well. Lastly, put in the potatoes. Mix well. Put in a greased casserole (2 quart). Dab some butter on the top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until bubbly (no cover). These reheat beautifully for days.
