Ingredients:  
1 C flour
t. salt
1 T baking powder
Mix the above 3 together
Then mix together 1 beaten egg and C brown sugar
Add C milk to the sugar / egg mixture
Then add 1 T melted butter to the mixture
Combine the wet and dry ingredients quickly
Fold in 1 C blueberries that you have mixed with 2 T flour
Bake 12 minutes at 425 degrees.

Less mess if you use cupcake papers for the muffins in your muffin tin.
