3 C flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
2 C sugar
2 C diced bananas (3-4)
1 1/3 C oil
3 eggs
1 t.vanilla
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice)
(this is the small can of crushed pineapple)

Directions:

Mix flour, soda and salt. Put all ingredients in a bowl
And mix well. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans or a bundt
Pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 20 minutes.
(easiest way to grease a pan is with Pam spray)
