1/2 lb chedder cheese,
2 eggs,
2 c milk,
1/2 c Bisquick,

Directions:

Butter a 9" casserole dish. Arrange chilies on bottom, grate the cheese over chilies. Beat eggs lightly. Beat in Bisquick and milk. Gently pour over cheese. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 325
