8 oz. drained cooked linguine
1 jar or pkg. of "real bacon bits"
1 bunch sliced green onions and half the tops
8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
3 eggs (room Temp.)
2/3 heavy whipping cream(room Temp.)
2 tsp. dry parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Heat a little oil in a fry pan add green onions and mushrooms, saute until soft. In bowl beat eggs, add other ingredients including bacon and onions, mix and set aside.
Cook and rinse pasta,add egg mixture you set aside previously to cooked pasta toss and serve.

I found this recipe along the way..I have tweaked it a little to my taste..this is very filling and great tasting..my wife and I enjoy it every time it is made...its a meal in itself.
