10-12 peaches
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
1 1/2 c. + 2-3 T. flour
1/2 pint raspberries (or you can use blueberries)
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. butter, cold & diced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Butter casserole pan. Peel and slice peaches. Add 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar, and 2 T. flour. Toss well. Gently mix in berries. Add another tablespoon of flour if fruit is really juicy.
Pour fruit in prepared pan and top with crumb topping: combine 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar, oatmeal, and butter. Mix on low until crumbly. Spread over fruit and bake 1 hour.

I also used this topping for apple crisp - replace the light brown sugar with dark brown sugar.
