1/2 cup margarine
1 cup flour
2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup confectioner sugar
1 cup cool whip
1 - 8oz. cream cheese
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups milk

Directions:

Melt margarine, add flour, sugar and pecans, mix well. Press into bottom of 9 X 12 inch pan. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside to cool. Combine confectioner sugar, cool whip, and cream cheese. Beat well and spread over cooled crust. Combine both pudding mixes and milk together. Beat for 1 minute and pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill until pudding sets. Cover top with cool whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Keep in refrigerator.
