2 lbs. peeled & de-veined shrimp
1/4 c. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lemon
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash shrimp. Melt butter with garlic to infuse the flavor, or you can use extra virgin olive oil if you prefer, cool. Pour over shrimp. Add juice of 1 lemon, fresh parsley, and salt & pepper. Grill 2-3 minutes per side until just pink and starting to curl. Great as an appetizer, on kabobs, or on a salad!
