1 1/3 c. Crispix cereal
2 c. broken bagel or pita chips
1 T. olive oil
2 t. salt
1/2 t. cayenne pepper
1/2 t. paprika
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 c. light mayo
1 t. dijon mustard
4 bone-in chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Ground cereal & chips in food processor, or crush in ziplock bag. Add oil and seasonings. Mix mayo & mustard and spread over chicken breasts. Coat chicken with breading and transfer to a foil-lined baking sheet. Spray tops of chicken with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes.
