1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 t. baking soda
5 T. sour milk (4 T. milk + 1 T. vinegar)
2 c. flour
1 c. mashed bananas (2-3)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar & margarine. Add eggs. In a separate bowl, mix flour & soda; add to sugar mixture. Add sour milk & bananas. Bake 1 hour (& 15 minutes maybe) at 350. Makes one loaf.
