2-3 c. plum tomatoes, diced & seeded 1 clove garlic, chopped 4 shredded basil leaves 1/3 c. minced red onion 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil 1 T. balsamic vinegar 1/8 t. italian seasoning dash salt, pepper sliced baguette, crisped in oven
Mix all ingredients together. After crisping bread, spread bruschetta on top. Enjoy!
