4 cups squash, cooked and drained
5 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 sticks butter, melted
2 cups cracker crumbs
3 cups velveeta cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 and spray 9X11 dish with cooking spray. Mix squash, eggs, milk, salt, pepper. Add 1/2 of crumbs, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of the butter. Combine and pour into prepared dish. Combine remaining crumbs, cheese, and butter. Sprinkle on top of squash mixture. Bake 25-35 minutes until firm and golden brown.
