4 whole chicken breasts, cooked, de-boned, and cut into bite size pieces
1 1/2 cups minute rice, uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 bag potato chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and spray 2-quart dish with Pam. In medium bowl, mix, soup, water, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Add chicken and rice to blend. Pour into prepared dish and cover with crushed potato chips. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest 5 minutes and serve.
