1 - 11/2 lb. hamburger
1 1lb bag mixed veggies
1 1lb bag shredded or cubed hashbrowns
1 envelope onion soup mix
tomatoes (optional)
1 can V8 juice
2-3 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger
If using cubed hashbrowns, break them into pieces
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook all day on low. (adjust cooking time if cooking on high)
