1 cups margarine
1 box (1 lb) Dark Brown Sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
5 large eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
tsp baking soda
tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine with sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs,
one at a time, beating well after each addition. Whisk flour with
baking soda and salt to blend, then add to batter alternately
with the flour mixture. Stir in vanilla.

Spoon batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan and
bake in the center of a preheated 325 degree oven for 1
hour and 15 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes, then remove pan rim. Cool
thoroughly on a rack before removing tube.
