1 (10 oz.) Pkg. Frozen, chopped broccoli
6 oz. Cottage cheese
1 stick (1/2 lb.) melted butter
1 medium onion, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) Pkg. Corn meal mix
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, butter, and salt together, stir in corn meal mix, then add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into 13x9 baking dish (glass is preferable, I baked my last batch in a foil pan and the
bottom did not brown). Bake at 400* for 20-25 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
