2 eggs
1 t. salt
4 T. milk
2 c. sifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add salt and milk. Add flour and stir until well mixed. Knead dough until just smooth. Wrap in plastic and let rest for 20 minutes. Divide into thirds and roll very thin on floured surface. Let dry on parchment paper 20 minutes. Roll up loosely, slice into thin strips. Spread out and let dry for several hours.
