1/2 lb macaroni
1 1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 T butter
1/2 t dry mustard
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
3 eggs, beaten
2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions
Drain and keep macaroni in the same pot. Add 3/4 c of cheese and 2 T of the butter. Stir well. Add the mustard, salt and pepper. Stir well. Add the eggs and then stir in the milk. Pour macaroni mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and butter. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350šoven for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
