2 10 oz boxes frozen spinach or 1 20 oz. package
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 - 3/4 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper
freshly grated nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Dethaw spinach in microwave.
Using a cotton kitchen towel, place spinach in towel and wring to remove all water.
Melt Better in a skillet over med. low heat. Add Cream and bring to a bubble.
Add Spinach, salt and pepper and cook in cream for 5 mins. or until spinach is warm and cream is absorbed. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
