cup sugar
2 tblsp flour
1 teasp baking powder
1/8 teasp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
cup chopped apples
1 teasp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and sugar, then add flour, b. powder, salt into mixture.
Add apples and nuts and vanilla.
Bake 325* for 30 min in greased pan.
