1 cup Mortonís tender quick salt
1 gal water
8 bay leaves
3 tbl pickling spice
4 garlic cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Use a glass jar, boil water and dissolve salt. Let cool, add rest of
stuff, including meat. Keep meat under water with plate over it.
Refrigerate for 2 weeks .
