2- 8oz blocks reduced fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 jar pimento stuffed, green Manzanilla olives (can sub black
olives or any others you prefer)

Directions:
Directions:
Let the cream cheese soften. Chop,slice or mince the olives,
whatever you prefer. Can remove pimento or leave in for
color. Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place in bowl
with olives. Add some olive juice from the jar. Using a hand
mixer, blend olives, cream cheese and juice. Add more olive
juice, as needed, to achieve desired consistency. Place in
serving bowl and garnish with whole olives and paprika.
Serve with tortilla chips and/or Triscuits!
