Pre-made crepes Philadelphia Chive and Onion Cream Cheese Asparagus
Place asparagus in boiling water for 3-4 minutes to blanch. Run under cool water immediately. Spread one side of each crepe with cream cheese. Place an asparagus stalk on each crepe and roll up into tube. Cut tube into 1" slices and serve.
