6 boneless chicken breasts, skin removed, cut in half
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 - 2 tsp. minced garlic
8-oz. herb stuffing, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted


Rinse chicken and pat dry. In bowl, combine sour cream,
lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic. Add chicken to
sour cream mixture and coat each piece well. Cover and
refrigerate overnight or up to twenty four hours.

Heat oven to 300.

Remove chicken from sour cream mixture and roll up. Do not
wipe off sour cream. Dip chicken into crushed stuffing,
coating evenly. Place in 9 x 13 greased pan. Drizzle with
melted butter and bake for 1-1/2 hours or until golden brown.
Serves twelve.
