1 lb snap or green beans lightly steamed 2 lbs small red new potatoes 1 fresh garlic clove - crushed Olive oil 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Wash and cut potatoes into quarters if small or into 2 inch pieces, steam or boil until almost done. Drain potatoes, add green beans, garlic, cheese, stir, drizzle olive oil over mixture to taste. You may add more cheese to taste.Place in roasting pan, bake @ 350 for approx 30 min. turning occasionally.
